INVITE is organized by Mode Zéro, registered at Rotterdam, the Netherlands, Chamber of Commerce number 81544200 (hereinafter referred to as “INVITE”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal data in connection with INVITE events, ticket purchases and related services.
1. What Personal Data We Collect
We may process the following categories of personal data:
1.1 Ticketing and Registration Data
When purchasing a ticket through CM.com ticketing, we may receive:
- First name and last name
- Email address
- Phone number (if provided)
- Date of birth (if required)
- Order details
- Ticket type
- Event attendance history
1.2 Marketing Consent
When purchasing a ticket and accepting the Terms & Agreements, we record your consent to receive marketing communications.
Consent is recorded per order through the CM.com ticketing system.
1.3 Event Photography and Video
During events, photographs and video recordings may be made where visitors may be visible.
1.4 Website and Communication Data
If you contact us by email or interact with our website, we may process:
- Email address
- Communication content
- Technical data such as IP address
2. Purpose of Processing
We process personal data for the following purposes:

- Ticket validation

2.3 Marketing Communication
If you have accepted the Terms & Agreements at checkout, we may send you:

- Bootcamps and workshops organized by Mode Zéro
- Promotions or special editions

You can unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link in emails.
2.4 Event Promotion
We may use photos and videos taken during events for:
- Social media
- Website
- Promotional materials
Legal basis: legitimate interest (event promotion).
If you object to the use of a specific image in which you are clearly identifiable, you may contact us.
3. Third-Party Service Providers
We use trusted service providers to operate our events:
3.1 CM.com
CM.com provides ticketing and order processing services. They process personal data on our behalf.
3.2 Mailchimp
Mailchimp (Intuit Inc.) is used for email marketing.
Only contacts with valid consent are added.
Unsubscribed contacts are not re-subscribed.
Mailchimp may process data outside the European Economic Area under appropriate safeguards.
4. Data Retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above:
- Ticket and order data: retained for administrative and legal obligations.
- Marketing data: retained until consent is withdrawn.
- Images and recordings: retained for promotional archive purposes unless removal is requested.
